Dubai is one of the largest sailfish destinations. The warm and shallow waters of the Arabian Gulf provide the perfect environment for the vast shoals of sardines that are followed by Sailfish. The Sea conditions are calm and clear, and the sailfish are caught approximately 30 – 40 miles offshore in approx 30 metres of water. Other fish that are caught in the Gulf  are much nearer to the shore and include, Kingfish, Queenfish, Dourado (dolphin), long tail Tuna, giant Trevally, Bonito, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia and Barracudas. You may also see Blue Sharks.
